Stefan is a native of Hamburg where he studied law with his best friend and future wife, Bea, at the University of Hamburg. His interest in real estate was fostered at an early age, however, by his parents who purchased, remodeled and sold properties in Germany. He worked as a practicing attorney for seven years in Germany with a specialization in Real Estate Law leading naturally to a Broker’s License and a focus on real estate investment and development.

In 2001 Stefan moved to Naples, Florida with Bea and their two daughters, Madeleine and Claudine where he became Master License Partner and Head of Real Estate for ‘Engel & Völkers Florida.’ After six years with the company he sold his interest in order to establish his own European Brand as ‘Fifth Avenue Real Estate’, a modern boutique office on Naples´ prestigious 5th Avenue where he is recognized as an expert in his field.

Stefan co-founded Germany’s largest Florida property search engine and is a European client specialist. His real estate team collectively speaks seven languages: English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic and caters primarily to an affluent global clientele.
